Role Description

Mulhern Landscape is hiring a Landscape Laborer to join our team. This is a full-time outdoor position supporting both lawn maintenance and landscaping projects.

This role includes physical outdoor work such as mowing, trimming, planting, digging, cleanup, and assisting the crew with daily job assignments. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
Support landscaping projects, including digging, planting, and material installation.
Operate and assist with landscaping equipment and tools.
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
Work closely with crew members to complete daily tasks.
Follow company safety standards and expectations.

Required Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred.
Experience using lawn maintenance equipment is a plus.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Compensation and Schedule

Starting pay between $17.00 and $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
Full-time work.
Consistent hours.
